Véronique Maire began her career in the design studio of Andrée Putman, where she developed products and furniture for the home; then in 2001 she co-founded the studio IK Design.
Bolstered by these experiences, she opened her own design studio in 2006, with the emphasis on her interest in skills and all things table-related. Since her Check hook was produced by Eno and her Cantine planchas and vases by Y'a pas le feu au lac, she has been working on collections of tableware for Italesse. She is also working with the Kreo agency on the design of a Nescafé mug.
Constantly striving for understanding, she also lectures at Masters level at the Esad, Reims.
