Limited Edition Pumpkin, June 2010
21 May, 2010

Ligne Roset introduces two 150-piece multicolored limited editions of Pierre Paulin's Pumpkin armchair.

This armchair, directly inspired by the one Pierre Paulin designed for Claude and Georges Pompidou in 1971 for the drawing rooms of the Elysée Palace, was first issued and made available to the general public by Ligne Roset in 2008.

As its name suggests, this armchair appears to be made up of 8 slices that have been put together, traditionally all the same color. For this occasion, a 150-piece edition is being issued in a unique combination of 8 shades of red wool, and a 150-piece edition in a combination of 8 shades of blue wool.

Each designer chair by Pierre Paulin bears a special label numbered from 1 to 150 and the logo "150 ans Ligne Roset" ("150 years Ligne Roset"). The 300 units are available worldwide starting in June 2010.
