The Simplissimo chair is the 2012 addition to the Simplissimo collection launched in 2011, which includes a bench seat, fireside chair, ottoman and a bench. It is aimed at uncompromising modernity enthusiasts, all those sensitive to the refined construction of an architect-designed chair. From the side, the Simplissimo chair seems to have been drawn in just 2 pencil strokes: one for the base, a 3-segment broken line that gives the seat and back assembly, itself a 2-segment broken line, its ergonomic tilt. Its comfort thus comes from the design and the material used optimally for the seat and the back. The Simplissimo chair fills the space with personality with the elegance of its light and transparent design.

STITCHING / COVER
The upholstery follows the curves of the metal structure and intentionally shows the gathers in the four angles which contribute to the model’s aesthetics.
Jean Nouvel recommends the colors black, white and grey.
