Shelving/ sideboard unit comprised of a white satin lacquered MDF chest with legs and internal uprights in white satin lacquered solid beech. The uprights create an interesting shadow as light passes thru, thus the piece’s name. The chest rests on a 4 mm thick sheet of white lacquered steel. This shelving unit was awarded the ‘Young designers’ competition’ prize at the Cologne fair in January 2010.
